Some people have it because of high blood pressure. They can hear the blood behind their ears pumping which causes it. Exercise and relax and the ringing should go away

im 14 and for me its so bad i have trouble making out what ppl say even when their right in front of me all i hear all the time is ringing

I also have ringing in the ears…
I only notice it when everything is very quiet.
So it gets hard to sleep sometimes.
It pisses me off… sometimes it think if i get an ear transplant or something.
I got this ringing for blasting my i-pod for like a couple of months

stay away from noise, I shot high power rifles even with ear plugs,
i stopped and controled it for 20 years until I did some drilling and it went crazy, now I have to have muff on to drive a car.
